Steppin’ Up Physical Therapy was founded by Jason Hazelett in 2004. He has extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and is fluent in Spanish. Jason has provided physical therapy services in the Fort Wayne area since 1998. An avid health and fitness proponent, Jason ensures that each patient recieves a well-rounded approach to physical wellness.
