About us
Fairington Apartments provides one bedroom apartment homes for those 62 years of age and older or disabled in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our community is a federally subsidized apartment community with rents and eligibility are determined by government regulations. We are located off North Clinton Street near shopping, entertainment, and dining. Our community offers a variety of amenities including a picnic area, a gazebo, a business center, laundry facilities in each building, social lobbies and much more. Our apartment homes provide a balcony or patio, emergency pull cords, an open concept and abundant storage. This community is managed by the Gene B. Glick Company.
