See A Need, Meet A Need. When Andy Vogel and Dave Kuhn graduated from Indiana Central (now University of Indianapolis) as both athletic trainers and physical therapists, they saw a need for sports medicine in Northern Indiana. At the time, 1986, there was only one athletic trainer and one sports medicine physician in Allen County. Given that both Andy and Dave played high school and college athletics (Homestead and Roncalli, respectively) and college sports (Andy played baseball and basketball, Dave was a tight end for the football team), their natural skills and abilities led them in the direction of becoming a physical therapy provider with a focus on sports medicine.
