Our services are designed to provide medical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and their loved ones who are experiencing the final stage of a terminal illness. Our goal is to support our patients and their loved ones while honoring their wishes and ensuring excellent care, comfort and dignity. Guided by our Medical Director, we are licensed by the State of Indiana, Medicare certified and accredited by the American Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), a non-profit accreditation organization that has stood as a symbol of quality and excellence since 1986.
