Gentlemind Home Care is locally owned and state licensed. We offer home care services in Allen County and surrounding Counties. Our client’s well-being is our priority! We are dedicated to providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. We service clients with disabilities and limitations. Our staff are highly trained with an extensive background check completed prior to providing patient care. We offer various home care services that support our clients and their families. Part of our new client intake includes our care-manager/Registered Nurse meeting with the client and/or their representative to establish a care plan that is specific to the client’s need. At Gentlemind Home Care, we are here for you and your loved ones! Our goal is to provide the support that allows our clients and their families to live their best life!
